Non-customized mugs are refundable for cost of mug only and must be shipped back withiin 48 hours of delivery. Product must be returned in similiar shipping packaging. Shipping expense is not refundable.
Customized mugs are non refundable.
If product is received damaged, pictures of delivered package and item must be emailed to us within 24 hours of delivery before refund is issued.
Product will be carefully packaged and shipped to avoid breakage. All products are shipped via USPS. All products that are not customized will be shipped within 1-3 business days unless otherwise specified.
